This notice describes the ZapHRMS marketing website operated by Zaporion. Data handling inside a customer’s ZapHRMS deployment is covered by the arrangements agreed for that deployment.
Information you choose to send.
The enquiry form asks for your name, company and work email. You can also provide a phone number, workforce size, primary interest and a message. Zaporion uses these details to respond, arrange a demonstration and discuss your requirements.
The form sends your submission through FormSubmit to [email protected]. If you prefer, email that address directly instead. Do not include employee records or sensitive payroll information in a website enquiry.
Optional website analytics.
If you choose Allow analytics, this website loads Google Analytics to measure page views and interactions such as demo-link clicks and product-preview selections. The analytics preference is saved in your browser. Form contents and assistant-preview questions are not included in the site’s analytics events.
You can decline optional analytics and still browse the site or send an enquiry. Change your choice using Analytics preferences in the footer. If you withdraw permission after allowing analytics, the page reloads with analytics disabled; cookies already set can be removed through your browser settings.
Google describes its processing at Google Privacy Policy. The website also uses Google Fonts for typography and Cloudflare for website delivery; those providers receive connection information when serving their resources.
